Yes right they are doing construction against the normal safety code. They didn't even seal the place before they do the construction. There's no regard for the safety of the residents or staff or anyone there per se. I work for the construction business. This is not how I do business. This place should get a citation from the safety code enforcement. There's something wrong here!!!
