This place if horrible. I would not recommend anyone place their loved ones into Quaker Hill NH. This is no place for grandma or grandpa. They accept homeless, mentally ill and drug addicts to fill their beds, the owner is worried about the money and the census not the direct care. Residents are left in feces and urine for hours which causes skin break down. They are under staffed and staffing is a revolving door. From the administrator down to the director of nursing there is no chain of command. Housekeeping is horrible and infection control is a major problem. These residents deserve better care, please investigate other nursing homes in the area before leaving your loved ones in the care of this facility. I have personally experienced this facility with a family member for one day.
