Hilaire was a terrible experience for our loved one- the care here was inferior, sub-standard. the bed alarm did not work and so our mom tried getting out of her bed desperate to go to the bathroom since no one came to assist her after calling for help for 20 minutes- she fell and hit her head was rushed to hospital and hilaire expects us to pay the ambulance bill! unconscionable
