Hilaire was a terrible experience for our loved one- the care here was inferior, sub-standard. the bed alarm did not work and so our mom tried getting out of her bed desperate to go to the bathroom since no one came to assist her after calling… Full Review

We were fooled too! Looks good at first but a torture chamber!!! The staff does not care - our mom suffered so much here at the hands of incompetent and uncaring staff. The owner Bob Heppenheimer only cares about bilking the insurance companies… Full Review

The worst. Medical neglect,dirty,greedy administration,lousy food,no physical therepy and doctors who fail their patients. Had to pull my head injured son out and bring him home for safety. Now he is well taken care of by real doctors.Stay… Full Review
