my aunt was here for at least 6 years. Numerous times upon visiting her we had to ask them to change and clean her. She was dropped causing a broken leg and had falls from her wheelchair causing black eyes. The last week of her life we were there almost round the clock. There were ants crawling around her room, cobwebs and did not see her room swept or mopped at all. We heard many patients call for help only to be ignored or yelled at. I would never again place or recommend this facility to anyone.
