The therapy in the South Shore Nursing Home is very good, but the rest of staff is not friendly nor they making you fill welcome. The Social Workers do what they want with the patients, regardless of the family or patience wishes. I have confronted several members of the staff and they treat me like I don't know what my family member needs, nor what is best for her. The bedsheets are ripped but clean. My next step will be talking to administration.
