All smoke and mirrors with this place, little coffee and cookie stand, free, great. Activities and music great. What a nice place one would think? Direct care aides are not well trained, poor communication skills and may leave your loved one… Full Review

My mother has been in this facility for 1 week and 1 day. Not one staff member has reached out to the family, physical therapy happens or it doesn't, my mother is not eating and no one is concerned. I have been told that her case would be… Full Review

My husband was a patient in this short term rehabilitation and nursing home facility fior 6 weeks and was discharged January 9, 3027. The rehabilitation staff is great! The nursing staff is great! The facility is kept very clean. They have… Full Review

Where to start- well it is a beautiful looking place like a hotel -big screen TV’s free full cable access - clean nice rooms - but that is where my praise ended! The staff in nonexistent -when you do find a nurse or assistant they are pleasant… Full Review

Awful. Filed complaint with DOH (NYS) Falls constantly not reported, blatant, planned LIES! Harmful, illegal, MD not notified of serious injuries. LPN's in charge of unit NOT RN's… Full Review

No stars. A horrendous place. The administrator and director of nursing are heartless, inhuman, liars, people with absolutely no integrity. The Nursing director is new and from day one she made it clear that my mothers care was secondary… Full Review

My mother was admitted for rehab back in 2007. Her room had a crank bed which should have been an indicator of how terrible the stay would be. The staff overdosed her on coumadin (which she had been on for years) and needed to be monitored… Full Review
