My relative wanted to return home following hospitalization.When told she would need rehabilitation we had to make a choice.We were met in the hospital by someone who showed us pretty pictures and told us what a nice, new facility it was.Looks are deceiving. There is no warmth in this building. The staff are removed and and place feels sterile.I have spoken to other visitors who have shared the same feeling. Rehab staff is nice enough but not overly energetic.I wish we could have gone straight home or had toured before.
