Last week I stopped at the manor to visit a friend, Peggy Zeh, when I got out of my car the smell took my breath away you could smell human waste , the air was full of it, when I WENT INSIDE THE PLACE WAS DIRTY, AS i WALKED DOWN THE HALL DIRTY DISHES IN THE LITTLE kitchen, and this was at 3:00 pm and then there was peggy, her hair was greasy and dirty, she smelled and her gums were all red and funny, the place stunk to high heaven and even the help looked shady and dirty except for the man in the therapy room, what the heck the county can`t take better care of thire patients, I was totlal blown away, so gross do something about it.
