Rosewood has no respect for there employees they are over worked and underpay they have no apprecitation for them don't even have holiday parties or incentive programs if ur employee are happy then they enjoy doing there jobs and things run much smoother the management is horrible for residents and employee care wise is good have meet sum really good workers took great care of my dad jus didn't like management
