The focus is not on the patient at this center, the nurses fight at night and do not attend to the patients. May have to wait hours for the call bell to be answered if they put it within reach. The nurses treat the aides with no respect, very high turnover. Short staffed, and one can never get a straight answer from anyone. The directors do not take actions when asked to. Very gloom miserable place to stay and visit. They allow other patients to enter rooms where they do not belong then give attitude when the nurses are asked to remove the person from the room. My father was given the incorrect dosage of medicine and they covered it up. Not sure how they call this rehab when pt, ot and speech only provide service once daily and not on weekends. Most nurses do not care if you have a problem or need something. The place is also dirty and now well maintained. The refrigerator is filthy and the ice machine has built up crude on it. My father developed a bedsore and they did not move him to take care of it.
