I can't even bring myself to give this facility one star--but to rate you must put at least one. My father is at Greene Meadows Nursing facility located in Catskill, Greene County, NY. If there was any other option for us, I would NEVER let him stay here. There is consistently inadequate staff, and many are agency staff that don't know or care about the patients. My father is often unshaved, and always needs to be changed (because of his disease, he is unable to toilet himself); staff is supposed to check, but rarely does. Every time we have a care meeting, or have an issue with the care he receives, we express our issues, and are promised it will change; it NEVER DOES. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. Ever.
