My grandmother has only been in this facility for 10 days and she broke her femur. She is 94 and can not walk by herself and they were aware of that. The aid was neglectful to be by her side and walked away. Some of her neighbors have also told me that they have to wait a long time when they ring there call bell. They don't seem to care very much which is so sad. The only reason my grandmother went here was because of the location and that the other nicer ones were full at the time. You can find more reviews under the name Ridgeview Manor. They changed the name. Most likely because of all the bad reviews. It's also very dirty which would be okay if they actually had a comforting appeal.
