The care at Emerald North is excellent. The medical staff and aids are helpful and friendly. Some of the cleaning crew could do a better job.
If you need anything from the business office be prepared to wait three to four weeks. I have trouble getting a patient signature notorized--I make appointments with the lady and she never shows up or says she couldn't find me ( She never showed up).
