I would never recommend this place to anyone there are very few members staff that care about are loved one's. The the head nurse is so rude doesn't care about patients only her dog who she bring's there every day and make's sure the staff takes him outside to pee and the patients sit all day in it. when i asked to take my family member to the bathroom they never come back to do it. people sit in the halls with there food trays in front off them no one feed's them. I had to show up and feed my family member.they all put on a show when you first meet the staff then they could care less it's all about the money.I really hope the new owners take a good look at the staff and maybe get some people who really care about people not just money. I'm so sorry i had to write this letter but this is how i feel and what i seen in this place.
