The staff ignores the patients when they ring their bells for assistance. It has taken (on occassion) up to an hour for a response from the staff. The food is
cold when the patients get it. They leave patients with out water & on occasion don't get them fresh water for a day or more. They do not bath the patients regularly and our family member had not had their hair washed in a month. The ice machines are broken and we heard they may not even get them fixed. other than that it's a great place if you want to be left alone and not looked after.
