no complaint on the pt and ot they are good. the location is only good if you have a car. Subway do go there if mta do not shut it down for construction or track repair. You must have Medicaid to be in this place. If you do not they nag to you sign up to apply. They refuse to have patience to let the insurance company to give them a chance to process the claim and allow patient to get bill pay report from their insurance. The rule is you must get the insurance statement showing the final decision before you take over. You can tell them no I don't qualify for or I don't want Medicaid they will continue to push you to sign off for them to apply it for you. expect this to happen. insurance company and usps is the boss in handling the bill pay process not the rehab company or the patient.
they don't seem to want to understand this…..all who are not under Medicaid and use this rehab center must be aware of this.
