If you're thinking of placing a loved one here…don't. My mother lived here for 4 months before passing away. Compassion and dignity are qualities that are extremely rare, mostly non-existent in this place. i found most of the aides to be rude, attitudinal, and incompetent. Some of the nurses are fine, but I found myself constantly arguing with the staff over the care, or lack of care that my mom received. They refused to bring her to the bathroom after their head physical therapist said she couldn't stand and was "dead weight". I showed them that she was able to stand, it didn't matter…it was easier to just clean her when necessary. The social workers didn't return calls and I was only able to get the staff's attention after complaining to the director. Stay away!!
