Since the first day I arrived they have been making mistakes in one way or another on a daily basis. From being fed refrigerated food that suppose to be warm or hot on 3 occasions in my short stay to missing dosages of IV that I was not suppose to miss due to an infection i caught after surgery. Only a handful of staff has actually done their job correctly while the other 15 or 20 has yet to outgrow their need to be correct when being wrong with proof to having the last word. As for the menu they hand out for you to choose what you want during the week, I never received the correct items they offered. When certain problems is brought to staff many never return with an answer and just hope it goes away. At times medical waste have been left behind on chairs,, window sills or night tables. Wish they were able to hold each other accountable.

I totally agree. Most of the staff are very rude, useless and incompetent. Those in charge of managing are certainly doing a poor job of it. You would think/hope that the staff in a nursing facility would be compassionate and understating . Instead, after visiting your loved one you leave frustrated and uneasy because you've left your loved one behind knowing they are not getting the care or nurturing they need and deserve. I've found hair in my mother's medication cups, ointments with missing tops. feces stains on her sheets, floor, and blankets. No one goes the extra yard and it certainly shows. I totally understand why the elderly are so afraid of going into nursing homes. This place is the perfect example of why. Do yourself a favor and hire a . private sitter so if you cant be there…there will always be someone there to make sure your loved one is getting the proper care they need.
