I have a aunt at this nursing home they are very rude on the 4th floor they have attitudes no name tags, don't answer the phones, talk about other relatives when people are visiting. nurses are even worse not good security in the place its depressing. a patient died there he had cancer they did not call the hospital at all the cleaning staff is the worse they don't clean the day room I seen ants in there
