Horrible!! Drab, The owners do not invest in the facility. No TV or Telephone for the residents, unless the family brings one. Poor staffing. Large part of the Nursing Assistant staff comes form Agencies. Very very slow responses to Call bells. The floor my family Member was on resembled "One Flew Over a Cuckoos Nest" They love to put non-ambulatory Residents in Diapers because its easier for the staff ( you don't have to answer the Call bell).. Don't send anyone you care about here. We transferred our Family Member out of this Horror Pit! Where they are now is a difference like Night and Day!!! Lastly it appears that they facility do not support Family Members who advocate for their loved ones. You are labeled as a "problematic".
