Based upon my experience dealing with the recreation department here, I would give them a 1. I tried arranging a time for my students to visit the residents, perform for them and add some cheer. The people in charge of events never returned my phone calls, their mailbox is always full so you can't leave a voicemail, and the front desk is completely incompetent (they transfer you to the wrong extension, disconnect you, etc). I have been trying to schedule a free event for the residents for over a month, and nobody at this center seems to be able to follow through. If they can't schedule a free event or their residents, then why would you trust them with your loved ones?
