I cannot report on longterm care at this facility, as my experience is strictly with short-term/rehab. Physical therapy and nursing departments are some of the best I've seen anywhere. Social work and administrative staff, however, are horrendous. In the three months I've been dealing with WCMCC, I have seen nothing but the bare minimum of work done by administrators, and as for the social workers (keeping in mind, of course, that I've only dealt closely with two of them), their lack of consideration for patients and their families is appalling. The first was not only inconsiderate, but downright RUDE and very unprofessional on multiple occasions. It is no overstatement to say that these departments can undo the wonderful work of the therapists and nurses. They certainly have done so in our case.
