My loved one spent 7 months here- a preexisting bedsore was not properly cared for, suffix it to say it just infected to the bone. A horrible infection developed-staff not properly trained or supervised. With the exception of maybe a handful of staff this place was the pits. Was really disappointed- they could've helped but in the end they just made a bad situation worse. Many times his hygiene etc. was neglected. They showed no fellow feeling nor did they try to show any dignity in their care of my loved one.
