Most of the aides lack compassion & do not treat residents with the dignity and respect they deserve. Often, they do not pay attention to residents needs or respond to minor requests. Residents are often ignored if they complain about pain or poor positioning. There is a complete lack of communication between staff and doctor, so often a resident becomes sicker due to staff not reporting changes to doctor. Often aides are new and completely incompetent.
