ok. clean and kind nurses. Not great communication w doctors or social work dept. Difficult to reach and then would only speak to one family member. When that party became sick, it was a hassle to get any information. NH did not notify us when mom got a blood clot and had to be hospitalized or when they decided she needed to be permanantly wheelchair bound. Our concerns were either ignored or trivialized. While this facility is good in comparison to many others I have experienced, it is abundantly clear it is an institution.

Residents are most often treated like they are in an institution rather than a caring, nursing home, completely opposite to their mission statement to provide quality, compassionate care.
