It's a wonderful, clean facility. The staff for the most part is great, have meet many caring people who enjoy caring and assisting the elderly. How ever no place is perfect, I wish the aids on the floor were more willing to help each other. There has been a few times my mother has neede assistance with the bathroom (which I am willing to help with but not allowed as NH rules go) When the RN asked other aids to help since the one assigned to my mom with busy with an other pacient she told the RN that she wasn't their patint and continued to chat with the other aids that weren't busy. How would they feel if it was there parent that needed help? I also think that when the RN speaks it shouldn't be an option as to weather or not the aid does the task at hand.
