Staff not trained to care for spinal cord patients. The staff are unwilling to accommodate people who require bowel and bladder routines. Nursing staff only provide medications two times a day and there is only one nurse passing medications for the whole rehab unit. There is minimal equipment in therapy and staff are not properly supervised or trained to accommodate patients admitted to the unit. Please do not send your loved ones to this facility they have repeatedly demonstrated poor communication amongst the rehab team and the family of patients. Their goal is to use the maximum amount of medicare days while not assisting the patient in any way.
