First day my Mom was brought there we seen 2 cockroaches in the room, hallways stink like urine and stool, holes in wall in room, ceilings tiles down throughout facilty, water stains on ceiling, sink outside of bathroom that is shared (can you imagine germs on that door handle), piece of used wrapping paper on wall for bulletin board, 15 min wait for elevators, stains all over carpets, meds were not correct because they have their own policies and don't follow prior doctors orders, doctor patel is nasty and no personality at all; very rude. You have bed, nightstand, small dresser no room for a chair. Neighborhood be extremely careful. Workers appear to be people who were turned away at every other facilty. A few nice ones but major….. Please do not put your loved one in this position. We are battling to get my Mom out and they are making it impossible. It wont let me choose 0 stars so had to put 1

The place should be shut down. I just hope that someday the people that work there end up in a place just like that.
