Very disappointed with some of the staff there. They speak English with such a heavy accent that when my aunt couldn't understand them, they just shouted at her. Also, the admitting nurse was the only one on the floor. She was new and didn't know what to do. Also, she sneezed on my aunt while admitting her. It doesn't seem like a well-staffed or professional place. When I spoke to the owner, Gary about it the next day, he turned it around on me being demanding and particular. My aunt also doesn't like the food, she says it's salty. The place smells like pee.
