Terrible place. Patients were sitting outside the front door smoking. You had to walk through the smoke in order to enter the building. I needed to speak to one of the staff and left a message and never got a call back until I got angry and "in someone's face" about it. Very institutional looking; no color, Although it was very convenient for my mom to get to I'm sorry he didn't go somewhere else. It was a horrible place and he hated it. He was alone too much, we couldn't stay past eight o'clock in the evening. Being alone was the worst for him. He was 88 years old and needed more stimulation than he got there. I wouldn't want to see my worst enemy there. I wish I had known what my mother was doing before she agreed to send him there.
