Poor use of staff. CNAs do food service during meal times and will not or cannot answer call light during meal times because they cannot risk cross contamination. Three times a day for at least an hour each time a patient will not get any help. Poorly trained CNA staff over loaded with work causing frequent turn over in staff. My parent was there and the oxygen consentrator failed 3 times in 6 weeks. Parent was taken to the bathroom with portable oxygen tank that was empty, a physical Therapist heard the yelling for help and rescued my parent. Call light was on and no response from nursing staff. Errors in medication, incorrect medication given. Medications skipped or missed. The facility is very clean and physical therapy staff is excellent. The charge nurses are very good without them the place would fail.
