Incompetent nursing staff, Unit Manager is over worked and can be rude. Medications are not ordered for patients in a timely fashion nor are they followed up on if not received. 200 Hall smells of urine and feces. I believe that the patients that can not speak are receiving sub-stand care and even if you can speak the patient is not a priorty. Very few English speaking nurses and support staff. Patient phones work off and on. Kitchen staff seem friendly and interact well with patients that eat in dining room. I would NOT recommed putting any loved one in this place. Two of my loved ones doctors agree this place is HORRIBLE. I would not rate any stars for this place but apparently you can't submit a review without choosing a star. STAY AWAY from here.
