My dad has been a resident at Horizon Health and Rehab Center since 2006. We have not had any contact with him in 6 years. We thought he was dead but do to the staff at Horizon Health and Rehab we were able to find him. We would have never found him if it weren’t for the staff. They made cold calls they did people search and in the end it all paid off. I live in Maryland I had been looking for him but kept getting dead ends. If it weren’t for the staff I would have never found my dad. They truly get to know know there patients they are just more than a number they are human beings. Thank you to the all the employees you made my dreams come true.
