They tied down my 101 year old mother and the so called social worker wrote up a Y2000 against my mother claiming she is a danger to herself or others. Why? Because Del Mar Gardens was not getting enough money (medicare/medicaid) NOT JOKING; Most Vegetables & fruits are canned; On at least 4 occasions, when I visited my mom, there was NO water in her room to drink.
