A very dirty place, full of flies and my Mother's room had squashed dead bugs on the wall. She was sent there for therapy after having surgery. The staff is lazy and ignored her when she needed help to urinate. Also her pee and poop were left in potty chair for hours. Also the potty chair had poop smeared on the outside from someone else when it was brought to her room.
