The staff and nurses have been excellent to my elderly father. Of course, like anywhere there is and always will be a shortage of aids and nurses. On his 300 wing he generally always has the same faces that help him. They are very professional and kind to him. I am very grateful that he is kept clean and cared for. Jeri Watson
