This facility has failed to comply with my request for all medical records pertaining to my mother's care, or lack of it, while at Carson Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Not only have they failed to produce medical records, they have failed to even respond to my request for same. My mother died, perhaps not as a result of their treatment, but so far I have no medical records from them to think otherwise. Shame on them.
