Deplorable conditions! The place is just filthy. My mother and I took a tour of this facility, the admissions person was less than friendly. While there I saw lights on, but didn't see a single staff member. She introduced me to the ED and she was rude and condensending. I got the feeling, she didn't want anything to do with my sister and me because we are black.
