The staff seems good, from what I've watched with their care of my mother, with some folks really being excellent, caring individuals. I don't give a higher rating just because it seems like there need to be more staff there (I know I saw a rating saying they have average to above-average staffing, but that only means to me that the "average" staff number is too low for what patients actually need). Also, the food is pretty mediocre at mealtime and many of the snacks left out are less healthy kinds (apart from the fruit in the refrigerator which I'm glad is there but isn't the most prominently-findable).
