This facility talks the talk but can't walk the walk. Very short staffed, they only do what is state minimal requirement, have no thought of quality of life for the residents. They are cutting back on supplies more and more but administration doesn't take a pay cut. First shift aides disappear, when you need one you could page them and they still wouldn't come. Dirty pants in the trash can in the rooms, have to keep on them to take the trash out. The food there is terrible, always cold,burned,small portions. when there is extra staff gets to eat it not the residence. Med aides don't answer call lights they are in the nursing office talking. I am so sick of this place, and glad that my family is out of there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
