Certain staff are very good at what they do and genuinely care about their patients. It is generally a nice facility but is way understaffed. Everybody that works there is forced to improvise and thats not fair. My mother loves a few good nurses working on the terrace and the maintenence guys. If these people did not work there it would be a terrible place
