When my loved one was admitted for rehab after surgery, his wounds were handled with non gloved hands - and within a week he has infection (duh), he was not given a bath or shower for a week - his family had to complain for him to get one, he was locked out of his restroom, his restroom partner overflowed the toilet and because it was a weekend it did not get cleaned up for two hours…to name a few complaints. My dog gets better care at my house than this.
