Staff in care unit has never given a straight answer regarding any issue...they are experts at giving excuses and fail at being on top of things. Med Wing suggests plans for paitents but then do not follow through....One must monitor this area… Full Review

severe lack of communication between staff and family members....weekend staff is incompetent...quarterly meetings are a waste of time as actual results of lab work is not given to family members. have had 7+ years experience with this faciity… Full Review
