Staff extremely rude and noncommunicative -- at times even demeaning. Ignores residents and simple requests for long periods of time, which in some ways is understandable because seems totally understaffed. Has been very rude to visitors and family. The only people there who seem to be caring/nice are the volunteers and some of the staff members who are the lower paid folks.
