The Nursing Staff needs a better communication system with the Doctors on Staff. My family member went one week with no Dr's order, only Nursing orders! Nicole and Christina seemed to be the only ones that were structured in their jobs!
I do not find any improvement needed with Social Services or the Therapy Dept, they were awesome!
