Substandard. So much goes on that the public has no knowledge of. Residents are left sitting in urine and feces for long periods of time. Call lights are not answered in a timely fashion. Very often, especially after visiting hours, there will be one aide for 25 people-unacceptable! Most times the workers do not even have the supplies they need to do their work. Bed sores are common. Save yourself a lot of anguish and frustration and go somewhere else. It all looks good but be warned! looks are deceiving.
