Facility has gone through several changes of administrative staff changes over pst few years, hard to provide consistency of care under these circumstances. However recently admitted a family member there, had reservations at beginning based on past experiences that heard from others. Pleasantly surprised in the reception my family received once arrived along with the care they have received as well. Looks like going Meadowview to me is heading in the right direction with a fresh start.
