Repeated requests for water to be provided to my loved one who was totally dependent on staff were made but not always provided, infrequent brief changes causing skin issues and urine to drip on floor from brief overflowing, not providing meals… Full Review

Terrible place. Would like to have known that staff are prejudiced & will tell you a lie & not bat an eye. Did not deserve a 1-star rating. Hope Benchmark checks them out.… Full Review
