Very understaffed. The smell in the facility is unbearable. The residents don't get much to eat. The residents are always yelling for help. It takes hours getting help. If you don't have family visiting your loved one everyday your loved one won't get the care they deserve. My father likes the workers but he can never get help when he needs it. He has fallen 4 times in the two weeks he's been there. It's painful enough to have to put a loved one in a facility for them and the family the only ntL relief would be to know they are getting the best care which just isn't the case in this facility. It's at the fault of the owner which I can't seem to find to discuss the problems with.
